1. Getting Started & Identity Verification (KYC)
Create your account and verify your identity to unlock all features.
Step 1: Download & Install PayAiro
Download the app from the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android). PayAiro is available in the USA only.
Step 2: Create Your Account
Enter your name, phone number, and email address, then verify your account using the 6-digit OTP sent to you.
Step 3: Choose Your PayAiro Tag
Pick a unique username handle. This is your personal payment address that you can share with anyone to send or receive money instantly. No bank account numbers are required.
Step 4: Set Up Security
Enable Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) using your phone number or email address. You can also enable biometric login (Face ID or fingerprint authentication) for fast and secure access.
Step 5: Link a Funding Source
Connect your bank account or debit card to add funds to your PayAiro wallet. This is required before making payments or purchasing cryptocurrency.
2. Making & Receiving Payments
Send fiat or crypto to anyone, instantly and for free between PayAiro users.
Payment Methods Available

QR Code Pay
Scan any PayAiro QR code to make instant payments. Works with merchants and friends.
PayAiro Tag
Send money to anyone using their PayAiro Tag. No bank account numbers or lengthy IDs are required.
Phone Number
Send money using a contact’s phone number if they are registered with PayAiro.
Step 1: Send Fiat (USD)
Tap Send, enter the recipient's PayAiro Tag or phone number, or scan their QR code. Enter the amount and confirm the payment.
Funds arrive instantly. All PayAiro-to-PayAiro transfers are completely free.
Step 2: Receive Money
Share your PayAiro Tag or display your QR code. Tap Receive in the app to show your QR code for others to scan.
Funds are deposited into your wallet immediately.
Step 3: Send & Receive Crypto
Switch to your Crypto Wallet, select the cryptocurrency you want to use (BTC, ETH, USDC, SOL, and more), tap Send, enter the recipient's PayAiro Tag, Email or Wallet address, and confirm the transaction.
Crypto transfers between PayAiro users have no hidden charges. You can also monitor live prices directly within the app before sending funds.
Step 4: Merchant Payments
Scan a merchant's QR code, choose whether to pay with fiat or cryptocurrency, enter the amount, and confirm the payment. Works at any business that accepts PayAiro payments.
3. On-Ramp & Off-Ramp
Move money between your bank account and your PayAiro crypto wallet seamlessly.
On-Ramp means converting fiat (USD) from your bank or card into crypto in your PayAiro wallet. Off-Ramp means converting crypto back into fiat (USD) and withdrawing directly to your bank account.
Step 1: On-Ramp
Visit the Crypto page, Select the crypto you want to buy (BTC, ETH, USDC, etc.) Tap Buy, enter the amount, choose your linked bank account or Debit card, and confirm. Funds are converted at live market rates. PayAiro shows you the exact exchange rate before you confirm, so there are no surprise fees.
Step 2: Off-Ramp: Cash Out Crypto to Bank
Choose your preferred crypto, tap Sell, choose debit card or cash method, enter the amount and confirm. Funds typically arrive within an hour in Debit Card if chosen cash (Read Important)
Step 3: Track Transactions
All on/off-ramp transactions appear in your activity. Each entry shows the amount, date, exchange rate used, and status (pending or complete).
PayAiro partners with trusted national brands and global providers to make buying and selling Bitcoin simple and accessible. With thousands of participating locations across the United States, there is a good chance you can find a PayAiro agent at a nearby grocery store, pharmacy, or retail location. Simply use the PayAiro app to locate the nearest participating location, where you can conveniently buy or sell Bitcoin in person.

View your total earned rewards, pending referrals, and payment bonuses under Profile then Rewards Dashboard.
5. Security & Pro Tips
Keep your account safe and get the most out of PayAiro.
Enable Face ID or fingerprint under Settings, then Security, then Biometric Login for fast, secure access without typing your password each time.
All personal and financial data is protected using best encryption - the same standard used by major banks and financial institutions worldwide.
PayAiro is fully regulated and compliant with US financial regulations. Your funds and transactions are subject to the same protections as traditional financial services.
PayAiro will never ask for your password or 2FA code via email or phone. Always verify payment requests before confirming. Report suspicious activity immediately to support@payairo.com.
